WEICON Black-Seal is black, high-temperature-resistant (+280 °C/+536 °F), free of solvents, strong, oil-resistant, grease-resistant, pressure-resistant, resistant to ageing and extremely elastic (breaking elongation of approx. 500%). It is suitable for bonding and sealing in applications where particularly high oil and grease resistance is required. The product can be used on gearbox, valve and casing covers, oil sumps, water pumps, gears and axles, flanges, tanks and containers, and in many other areas.

WEICON W 44 T® is a multifunctional product which combines corrosion protection, water repellency, lubrication, conservation and cleaning in a single product due to its special formula and outstanding capillary action. It loosens seized up screw connections, bolts, fittings and valves, and penetrates and dissolves rust. It repels humidity from electrical contacts, prevents leakage currents, and makes it easier to start wet motors. W 44 T® is also suitable for use as cutting oil for drilling and cutting processes. The oil eliminates squeaky and creaky noises on hinges, guides, bearings, and all types of joints and couplings. WEICON W 44 T® cleans soiled metal surfaces and leaves a long-lasting razorthin film, which does not smear or stick and does not attract dust. It protects and maintains all types of tools, machines, and electrical and mechanical precision devices.

WEICON Zinc Spray is approved by the German TÜV and provides all metal surfaces with a long-lasting cathodic corrosion protection. It forms a fast-drying, adherent protective layer of microfine zinc flakes. Even after more than 1050 hours in the salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227, metal parts coated with WEICON Zinc Spray did not show any signs of corrosion. The zinc flakes form a resistant protective layer even against extreme weather and environmental conditions. That way, WEICON Zinc Spray fulfils higher requirements than those defined by the DIN EN ISO 1461 standard. WEICON Zinc Spray can be used as a high-grade anti-rust primer, for the coating of welded joints and drill holes, as a conductive intermediate layer for spot welding and wherever metal must be protected against corrosion.

The epoxy resin system WEICON Ceramic HC 220 provides high abrasion resistance and serves as wear protection for heavily used surfaces. It is temperature-resistant up to +220 °C, flowable, ceramic-filled, resistant to chemicals and has a high adhesive strength. Ceramic HC 220 can be easily processed with a paint brush and applied to large surfaces. The epoxy resin systems is non-corrosive, anti-magnetic and cures practically without shrinkage. It adheres excellently to various surfaces such as metal, concrete, stone or asphalt. When combined with coarse materials such as silicon carbide in grain sizes of F14-F24, WEICON Ceramic HC 220 serves as an anti-slip coating, enhancing slip resistance in industrial facilities. This combination is perfectly suited for chemical plants and workshops where stairs or floors are contaminated with aqueous solutions. The product can be used in mechanical and plant engineering, in equipment engineering, and in many other areas of industry where high temperature loads are part of daily work.

WEICON WPG-19 is a fibre-reinforced, ceramic-filled, 2-component epoxy resin system. It is used as wear protection in industrial applications. The grey coating contains ceramic beads up to two millimetres in size and protects surfaces against erosion and abrasion caused by the impact of coarse particles. The system can be applied with a spatula. It is viscoplastic, highly impact-resistant and extremely resistant to abrasion. It is used for coating and lining various surfaces and components in industrial plants. It is used, for example, to protect gutters, bends, hoppers, tanks, chutes and many other processing systems that are exposed to abrasion and impact.
