Products & Services
The transformers contain primary and secondary windings encapsulated in epoxy compound. This compound forms the transformer's casing and provides protection against mechanical damage and moisture penetration to its internal components.
Current Transformer type GIF for outdoor installation
GIF series are medium-voltage transformers with cast resin insulation designed for outdoor installation. They have been specifically developed for CIS countries, tailored to operate in low-temperature and aggressive environmental conditions. These support type current transformers are designed for insulation voltages from 36 kV to 40,5 kV for the mounting in outdoor medium-voltage cells, for example, at substations. They are primarily intended to transmit measurement information signals to various measuring instruments, such as commercial electricity meters, protective devices, automation systems, alarms, and control systems in AC electrical circuits of industrial frequency.
Voltage Transformer type GEF for outdoor installation
GIF series are medium-voltage transformers with cast resin insulation designed for outdoor installation. They have been specifically developed for CIS countries, tailored to operate in low-temperature and aggressive environmental conditions. These voltage transformers are designed for insulation voltages from 36 kV to 40,5 kV for the mounting in outdoor medium-voltage cells, for example, at substations.
Single-pole medium-voltage transformers GEF with cast resin insulation are designed for outdoor installation. These transformers are primarily intended to transmit measurement information signals to various measuring instruments, such as commercial electricity meters, protective devices, automation systems, alarms, and control systems in AC electrical circuits of industrial frequency.
Metal-clad Voltage Transformers type GBE for indoor installation
Single-pole voltage transformers GBE are installed in SF6 gas-insulated switchgear. Transformers can be installed inside or outside switchgears.
Transformers contain primary and secondary windings encapsulated in epoxy compound. This compound forms the transformer's casing and provides protection against mechanical damage and moisture penetration to its internal components. The compound casting is enclosed in an aluminum housing, which is grounded. The case is made with touch-safe design.
Metal-clad indoor combi-transformer type KGBEA with inductive single-pole voltage and current transformer section, touch-proof design. The indoor combi-transformers are fully encapsulated in brown epoxy resin. The transformer is completely enclosed in a grounded metal housing.
Low-voltage Current Transformer type LGSO for fully insulated cable
LGSO series are window-type low voltage transformers with an insulation level of 0,72 / 3 / - kV, which can be used in medium voltage networks or in generator voltage busbars with an insulation level of up to 40,5 kV. A prerequisite is a sufficient insulation distance between the primary conductor and the transformer. The primary insulation consists of an air gap and a cast resin insulation. The basis is the general rules for insulating materials and minimum clearances in air-insulated systems in accordance with DIN EN 61936-1. For use in medium voltage systems, the insulation level must be specified depending on the geometric dimensions of the transformer and the diameter of the primary conductor.
The LGSO transformer offers increased heat dissipation due to its optimised design. Thus, currents of up to 40000 A and ambient temperatures of up to 80°C are possible. The current transformer is maintenance-free.
